The Warriors Comic #3

Check out this exclusive sneak peek at the cover art to issue #3 of movie adaptation The Warriors, painted by Eric Powell, multiple Eisner-award winning creator of The Goon.

According to the Dabels, this issue features The Warriors run-in with just about everyone’s other favorite gang from the movie, the Baseball Furies. And when they approached the talented Powell about doing a Furies cover, his response was something along the lines of: “Hell yeah!”

“We’ve been finding that there are a lot creators who are fans of the movie that have gotten really excited about us producing the comics,” says Dabel Brother’s Business Manager Rich Young. “You can expect to continue seeing great artwork from some well known industry names as we publish more Warriors comics.”

Issue #3 of The Warriors movie adaptation hits stores everywhere in April.
