Just that early scene when the Warriors board the train at Coney and they sort of fall down together - a bit too friendly for gang members (unless that gang is the Lizzies, of course) ... then Ajax is teasing Cowboy about his hair ... makes you wonder?

Like I said ... interesting reading. Some real die hard fans on here. Personally I re-discovered The Warriors Movie a couple of years ago, after seeing it many years ago. It still stands the test of time.
