Re: The Wire
Frank Sobotka remains a tragic figure. By the time the end montage of season 2 came around I was almost in tears. The 2nd season really just showed where the drugs were coming from, and the decline of the American working man tied together. Don't think I can name a favorite character, but I really e...

Definitely not as many old users as before. This movie still remains one of my favorite and I still think about it time to time.

Re: The Wire
Didn't mean to bring up an old topic, but this has to be my favourite televison series of all time. I strongly recommend to go watch this online if you have not heard of it. Takes a while to get started but the 'payoff' is worth it. I can't watch another TV show or movie the same again.

Holy Hell. I can't believe I haven't been here in nearly a year. Wow this site has changed... anybody remember karma? I remember there would be several posts every hour here. Now no one even logs on for days at a time. I guess it's like GR99 said, everything been discussed to death already, there is...

I don't know why Snow and Mercy are the standout characters in the painting. It should be her and Swan!

Re: The Sopranos
Too poor to own HBO, but caught it on A&E.
David Chase is probably one of the greatest writers I've ever seen from a TV show. He just drags me in week after week.
Season six part 2 premiering on A&E, can't wait!

Re: why arnt any deleted sceans in either dvd's
I'm mad too. I bought all the DVD releases for that reason and I got screwed. There were hours and hours of cut footage from the final movie. There are way too many scenes to be put on a dvd We were just lucky enough that someone found ten minutes of it and posted it up on this site. And I really do...

Oh man. That clip from the burning made me sick to my stomach.
But I would definitly say when joe pesci and his brother get beat to death in Casino. If anyone could find it on the net that would be great.

Re: Breaking Down Barricade
All the other gangs were going out the exits and getting nabbed. Some must have pushed through, but the cops had a couple buses of gang members in a shot of Gunhill streets. And I think the Warriors broke the fence down easily. It's not made from the same compacted wood park benches are made from an...

No Country for Old Men
I thought this was a fantastic movie, best I've seen in a few years. Definitly deserved to win movie of the year for the Oscars, I hated Juno and There will Be Blood.
