Re: Toughest person in the whole of the warriors film

Definatly had to be Ajax....everyone else was "Chicken [bad word deleted]" or "Faggot" i wouldnt go that far, cleon seemed quite tough with the way he moved and layed out 3 people one by one. Good point Stevo. I didn't even think about Cleon.  Not to mention, a big group had to jump him just to bri...

Re: Toughest person in the whole of the warriors film

Gotta go with Cowboy, he gets beat up pretty good by the Furies and walks away like nothing happened. And he gives the Punks a pretty good fight as well.

Re: Do You Think Fox Should have made it back to Coney?

I would have liked to have seen the Fox live throughout the entire film. But as previously stated, he and Walter Hill had their differences. I think it was a good move on Hill's part though. I enjoy the movie from beginning to end the way it is. However, I am curious of how the film would have ended...

Re: What is your favorite non vocal part in the movie?

Luther's facial expression towards the Fox after he wastes Cyrus... what a psycho.
I also like the part when Ajax flips off the Turnbulls. Not to mention the entire subway fight scene

Re: Movie or Book( not a poll)

I prefer the film over the book. Both are awesome works. Personally, I think that myself having seen the movie first, has a lot to do with my choice. Don't get me wrong, the book was good. It was slow in the beginning and hard to follow due the difference in character names. However, it was full of ...

Re: When is it?

I thought they were askd for their "juvenille delinquent" card... Nope, they were asked for a draft card. As has been said, it shows that they're registered for the draft, which was a requirement back in the 1960s. It also worked as a handy form of ID. Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I guess I mix...

Yep, I often wonder how much more different Walter Hill would have made the film if  Ajax had took over from Swan.

Re: What if Ajax was in charge?

If Ajax was in charge I don't think the Warriors would have made it back to Coney, they might have had a chance against some of the Turnbulls but even Ajax might have decided that they were way outnumbered, but only after taking heavy casualties would he possibly run. That does bring a question to ...

Re: Mercy...what now?

Well, very interesting point!!! Your answers too, but I just think she would have gone to Coney alone, 4 enjoining The warriors... ye... Swan!!! If didn't she know where The Warriors were from? She was clever, some question without risking... and... "here I am Swan"!!! Even if, IMO, she knew where ...

Re: Why did Luther blame the Warriors?

He saw Cleon, so that was an easy target.  Obviously he realizes that The Fox was part of his gang and since Fox saw him shoot Cyrus, he realized that the Riffs wouldn't give them the chance to speak but probably kill them on the spot.  Allowing The Rogues to get away with murder. I think you hit i...

Re: What if Ajax was in charge?

I agree with most of the rest of you. In psychology they talk about the "Fight or Flight" instinct. Ajax was obviously only born with the Fight Instinct, so they probably would've never made it home because they'd be too busy scrapping and taking casualties before they even got near to Coney. Somet...
