After you leave your Hideout or whatever it is do you have to stay in Coney?Everyhwere I go there's closed off streets I can't get to.Do they have something like a train station or something so you can just walk around in other terretories without having to do a mission?

You know at the end of the game where you kill Luther?I happened to have a knife on me an I through it at him right away and ended the mission.Pretty cool,although it might've just been a glitch.
