Re: Issue 2

I wonder if the first issue was a suscess or not?  I thought the reading was a bit quick on the first one.  It only took about 3 mins to read through it.   I would however buy the future issues and would love to see any spinoff titles or pre or post conclave storys.  Does anybody know if the other i...

Re: Video References To The Warriors

Hey, The Swan. How does the first one rock song translate?  Is it about the Warriors or does it just use the Warriors as a theme?

Re: FINALLY COIN OPERATED ARCADE WARRIORS VIDEO GAME

Here is a link to the only 2 remainig real video game factorys left.  Who knows with enough interest they actually make this game. It wouldn't hurt to email them about it. It has been awhile since a good fighting game has come out. http://www.rawthrills.com/game.php?GameID=14# http://www.globalvr.com/

Re: FINALLY COIN OPERATED ARCADE WARRIORS VIDEO GAME

Heh,Heh  :D  I been planning this one for a year   I read your post a year ago when there were 0 views so you got me first.  Now were even  ;) It would be cool if they did make a Warriors coin op game though. It would be VERY easy for them to make a game like this.  I do work in the video gam...

Re: Video References To The Warriors

This song (Saturday in the Park) was written Im guessing in 1973 or 1974 by a popular group called Chicago. At .59  1.50 and 3.14 the singer says CAN YOU DIG IT. Being that this was written in the early 70s was this song the inspiration behind the iconic CAN YOU DIG IT phrase?  http://www.you...

Re: different feel to the remake

Good point, the subway played a big part in the 1979 movie. It's gonna be in LA with modern LA gangs, so nothing like the NYC gangs of the 70's. What I don't understand is that in LA all gang members use vehicles to cruise the city as it is so spreadout, they won't be on foot if they have travelled a...

I always thought of The Riffs as kinda a well organized Nation of Islam organization  and Cyrus as kinda a Malcom X figure

Re: Favourite Fight Move

That is a good one.  My favorite is when cochise in the punks fight wraps the chain around the punks neck and then does that back throw flip move. Or in the Lizzies scene when Cochise uses the chair. Was just wondering what is your favourite fight move from 'The Warriors', not neccessarily your favo...

Re: Alternate gangs chasing the Warriors

Yeah the EEs are too shiny to take on the Warriors, Same as the boppers would be in a fight.

It would take a gang with a little grit to take on our Warriors. Satans Mothers or maybe the Savage Huns as they look like they would be ruthless.

Re: new BaseBall Furies

Define flop? IMO Wether or not it lives up to the standard of the 1979 movie fans (which it won't) it will still be box office hit. Todays youth is caught up in the wannabe gang member scene. it shows in the clothes they wear, the music they listen to. Here are a few predictions I have. Ive said this...
