I will be 17 during the summer of 09' but, I will not no how to get to Coney from the airport, where is the airport anyways?

Don't worry there's an important airport near Brooklyn, and Coney is in Brooklyn, there will be at least  1 or some buses going from the airport to Coney.
Anyway at the right time, I think everybody will help one eachother here in the site, and even by all other possible ways. 8)

You're right about that,mate.Few more months and this year is gone,then I need to save some money in '08 and Conclave '09 will be here in a blink of an eye!

it would be so unique to see hopefully a lot of people at the conclave and hopefully ill get there and if the meetings past july in 09 then ill be 18 so that would be awesome as im 16 now so ya know i just hope and pray that it all comes together as we want it to so you know see ya all soon again. 8)

There are three major airports in the area: LaGuardia, JFK, and Newark. Newark is in New Jersey, and you can take the PATH train to Ground Zero, then take the NYC Subway to Coney.

JFK and LaGuardia are both in Queens, I believe. The train from JFK will make several stops in Brooklyn, and I'm sure at some point you can switch trains. If you don't, you'll end up in Manhattan.

The train from LaGuardia will eventually go to Harlem, and at 125th Street you can catch a train that will go to Coney as well.

I'm not 100 percent sure on these - of the three times I've been to NYC, we've taken a different airport every time, so this is going on memory and will depend what train lines are running on that day.

i think this will help some people including me as ive never been to america before so good instructions dude. =D>

So has any decision been made of an actual date for this event?  At least we know that cast members are still active on the convention curcuit, which bodes well for our event.  Is there a cinema in coney?  Is there anywhere that can set up a tempory screen in coney?  If not, are we going to screen the warriors in the park like last years event?  Who do we have to contact to get permission?  How much to rent a screen out? Any cast members been contacted recently?  Whats the plan for the big warriors day?  I know we want to do the whole bronx to coney trip and see the actual filming locations but has anyone come up with whats the best order to see them without unnecessary doubling back on ourselves?  Is it possible to see it all in one day?  Depending on how many people take part, are we going to have to break off into smaller groups and set of in time delayed stages?  I cant see the cemetary owners being too pleased to have a few hundred warriors fans marching through. 

Is there a good bar in coney?  Just a few questions to ponder over.

Yeah, I was wondering. Has there been any movement to get a comittee together to start putting the thing together. I mean, there has to be permits, appearance costs. Promotion fees. 2009 getting close, if we're serious about this. We need to get something together and going, maybe talk to some promoters or event coordinators in on it to help. If not, I would love to sign up for the conclave comittee to help set this up. I am ready, willing, and able to bust my butt to get it going.

well, first i would like to welcome myself back to the forum after a few months of absence....because of my important end of year exams... well, by 2009, i would have to sit for an important exam..yes, really important as it would tell me my fate...

that sucks so much...i really want to go to coney island...ouh yeah, before i forgot, maybe someone would make up a news report, if the event really happenned, with photos and videos maybe, for the others who are not there..

Don't worry about photos, videos etc...... I think there'll be hundreds of news report after 2009 Conclave... by the way let's hope it will really happen!!! 8)
