Scenes/changes you would have liked to see?

Post by Space Toaster »

Naturally, we know there are scenes that were written for the film that didn't make the final cut. Aside from those, is there anything else you would have liked to see? I know some of you wouldn't change a thing, and I like the film the way it is too. But still, speculation is fun, no?

I personally would have liked to see more insight into Luther's motives/plans to kill Cyrus, or just at least more exposition that he's the main antagonist. It's like, we're listening to Cyrus speech, he's pumping up the crowd, and all of a sudden some guy with long (and awesome) hair is aiming a gun at him. I would have liked to see at least a small scene earlier on featuring the Rogues, just to give the viewer a hint of "Okay, better watch out for these guys, 'cause I feel like I'll see them again."

Anybody else?

Maybe a quick clip during the opening credits of Luther and the rogues pointing his gun out of the car window as they slowly pass some pedstrians, pretending he's going to shoot so as to scare them, then all the rogues laughing as they drive on.

Or Luther and co, holding up a gas station (that would mean a second gas station scene in the movie though)

I would get a kick if at some point in the future, they inserted a cgi of Charles Bronson in his Paul Kersey role, lurking in the background while watching a gang head to the station.

I also would have liked to see more interaction between Mercy and the other Warriors, just because we don't see so much of their reaction to her. I imagine they would all in different ways. (BTW, the part where Vermin yanks her into the bathroom makes me snicker every time. I always add my own sound effect: "YOINK!")

I would've liked to have seen Cleon take out at least one of the Riffs before he went down. I know this is asking alot as he'd already taken out three of the Rogues but I reckon Cleon was more than capable of doing it.

That would be cool!!

How about a quick shot of the Furies in their basement actually putting on the make up?    I've always wanted a scene with the Savage Huns.

I would like to see what the Riffs did to the Rogues, whether they would actually use those hockey sticks on them.

I'd be satisfied if they just inserted all of the deleted scenes and some of those scenes that appear in the trailer (you know - the Fury with the cool bat twirl, Mercer saying to the Warriors that they're the "big dudes" (or sumthin like that))

Put all of that into one continuous movie and I will gladly buy the sucker
What's the matter - goin' faggot?

I wouldnt mind seeing Swan and the other Warriors "pulling that train" on Mercy.
I think though they would be too much gentlemen to do this.

For that scene, you'd have to get the porn parody version - The Whorriors!

That's my favorite parody version! :D

It would have been interesting to see that deleted scene where Swan gets kidnapped by the Dingos. Mainly because this movie is lacking in dogs.

Oh wait, I forgot about the Lizzies. *OOHHHH, burn!*

i think the film was pretty good as it was, but maybe just edit out some of the bloopers.

Ya Scaly, I totally agree. IMHO, Cleon's fighting moves were some of the smoothest
and most impressive in the film. Fluidity, great timing and bone-crunching power!
I wud have liked to have seen him block or dodge that first high-kick and then take
out at least 1 Riff before he got pummled.

When Cleon is racking up those 3 Rogues I always imagine that Cyrus's bodyguards are
looking on with a healthy amount of respect. -'Man, this cat can throw-down! Too
bad we gotta waste'm'-  :doubt:
