the green and white faced paint furie, i think i can safely say is the deceased john gibson who died in 1986 in a plane crash.

he acted in movie roles only 3 times but was in 2 tv series he starred regularly in
"one life to live" as joe hawk and "the young and the restless"as jerry cashman.

i know its him because he is the oldest of all the actors who played baseball furies in the warriors (born in 1948) and looked like the oldest.he was also-

A former Chippendale

Appeared in Playgirl Magazine on a few occasions.

Fiancé of Vanna White at the time of his death

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0317039/

i think he was purposely being dumb in the fight scene to add a comic element to his character.

This is Steven Chambers, does anyone know what Fury he played? I always thought he played the lead Fury (yellow face/black eye), his features looked the same but come to find out it was Jerry Hewitt. I found a little bit of info on Steve Chambers on a stunt player's website and it says he is 6' 11'' with black hair...lead Fury was pretty tall and has black hair, although most were wearing wigs. Here are the links for Steve Chambers, if anyone knows what Fury he played please fill us in...this has been driving me nuts for awhile now.

Tall Fury...

I always thought the Fury that Ajax cracked was pretty tall. Ajax seems to be about 6'0 or so, he appears to be about a foot shorter. When Ajax and lead Fury square off, they seem to be about the same height. After Ajax knocks him to the ground, his hair line can clearly be seen. Steven Chambers looks similar :?: :?

I always thought it would be great to see the furies without makeup. They all look pretty similar with it on. Might not look so cool in their normal get up.

Lead Furie Jerry Hewitt is the bowler who gets his hand smashed in The Wanderers which was released right after The Warriors.

Maybe Steve Chambers was the red/black Fury? Here's a pic I though resembled his features. What do you guys think?(The Fury in the front)

That's the picture that Mezco must have taken the colour schemes they chose for the Furies.
