Here's another stupid but fun question
When last we saw Luther and his criminal gang we were led to believe they were going to meet them at the 96th street subway station (you know, the one crawling with cops?). But instead it's the Furies who show up. Why not the Rogues? And how did the Furies know they would be there?
"When we get there that's when we've made it."
Here's another stupid but fun question
The Furies were just standing around on their turf waiting. Its also logical to think that they might assume that the Warriors would pass their way on the trek back to Coney.
The Rogues second man was the one who said to meet them at the ninety sixth street station. Luther said it would be crawling with cops and I didn't assume they would be going. Luther was pretty sure that the Warriors would get "racked" by someone so the Riffs wouldn't come down on their heads.
Luther did say that they could do some lookin' too. thats why they went to Coney.

Here's another stupid but fun question
On top of that, I think the information on the radio informed the Furies of the apparent path the Warriors were taking. The Furies probably knew what gang ruled the pieces of turf in the area; after the Orphans were wasted, the Furies probably had a feeling the Warriors may pass through.
adios,
adios,
"Who are the Warriors? There must be some word?"

I agree. Once the Orphans blew it, the Furies knew the Warriors would be coming their way. They just hung around their turf hoping the Warriors would show.
We're going in there like everybody else nine guys no weapons

I don't think The Furies where there and it was their turf. as their were not many of them and at the meeting they are there. Maybe they were on their way back and saw the Warriors on the train so decided to rumble the joint.

That was the Furies turf. They were all hangin around. If they had been on the train the cops would have been chasing them too.
