i did some research and the only AC terms i could find was

Air Conditioning: common term

Alternate Current: from electricity

Against Control: i found that in the news paper at my school there was these kids painting AC everywere and apparently it means Against Control

Again, the game made The Satan Mothers a biker gang. The film didn't describe them in anyway.

It's also possible that they are car theft specialists and "Choppers" refers to Chop shop and not so much motorcycles.

However, I do feel the need to say that I've read several beleivable explanaitions here. I'm not married to this one, I guess I just feel the need to defend it since I came up with it.
