I wonder were the riffs turf is located...hmmm

The Riff's turf is Gramercy Park, New York City.

That's why, if you noticed, they sometimes call the gang The Gramercy Riffs.

I woudln't have a clue on The Rogues, but it doesn't really matter much anyways.

According to the game (Which I'm taking as canon besides the movie part), the Rogues are from Hell's Kitchen.
