I think they would have been late teens/ Early twenties.

I was -8 years old when the warriors was in the theatres, but my dad was still a party animal at the time and he went go see it and he loved it.

Now he thinks it's a stupid movie

Hey guys, I'm new here. I can't believe I found this site! I love The Warriors!

I was 4 or 5 when it came out, depending on when in 1979 it was released.

In fact, I just watched The Warriors last night, and it's still sitting in my DVD player. I was actually looking for the theme song so I could DL it, and stumbled upon this site. I'm happy to see I'm not the only one that loved this movie!

The first time I saw The Warriors, I was 10 years old. I loved it. I thought it was awesome. The Baseball Furies have always been my favorite gang in the movie, despite being "wimps," as Ajax would've said.

But I have a question. WHO WERE THE WARRIORS? They list their names at the end, and the actors that played them, but when I watch the subtitles, Cleon is "War Chief," but then the subs note that Cleon is the guy that looks like Mr. T with hair. I'm confused.

Would anyone mind describing or listing who each member was? No matter how many times I've watched The Warriors, I still end up empty-handed.

This is a great site, too.

And while I'm at it, I'll ask. Does anyone have the theme DL'd?

me 2!! 2/18/68 i saw a trailer on t.v. and that was it!! begged for weeks for my mom to take me to see it! finally, she did! "ok, it wasn't that bad." she says. lol
