if you notice in the begining when there getting on the
train to go to the conclave,a few patches look yellowish.
again i would say the filters on the lights .

Maybe Cowboy is newer to the gang and his vest is less worn in.

But if Cowboy was new then why would he go on the patrol to the meeting? And why would Swan choose him to take over if he left?  ](*,)

Hes newER than the others. Maybe hes been there for a year while the others were there longer. Swan could have seen that he would be a good leader in that amount of time.

Maybe he lost his vest or something and had to get a new one?
