Surely Someone Would Have Seen Luther Aim The Gun?

Ok just think about it, There where people form other gangs all around him, im specificaly thinking about people who where standing directly behind him, they would have seen him raise his arm up, also the people opposite him. Someone pointing a gun would have immediatly stood out of the crowd.

Edit: Ive become an oprhan! Allthough technically thats a good thing but if it was real it wouldnt be.

Edit: Ran out of posts so i cant put another one in, this is directed to Stevo, i searched many times for this topic with numerous different phrases and nothing came up.. Therefore to my knowledge no one had posted this before, i believed it wwas a good thread and would conribute to the forum, so i posted it believing it was new idea.

As said before i DID  DID AND MOST DEFENITLY DID use the search tool with various different search criterias, nothing of this sort came up.

And i was more reffering to someone seeing him actually point the gun.
