If Ajax started his own gang.

Well from my point of view, Ajax is simply just one piece of the puzzle.  What made the warriors so strong and inventive, was the fact that they all had their own sill, and harnessed their own personalities.  Ajax just had muscle, and arrogance.  I am not saying he was useless, but it takes a lot more then brawn to lead an army.  To be a leader, one must have the styles, and collective of every skill.  Such, as strength, street smarts, and unpredictability in order to make it out of unknown challenges and situations.  I truly believe that Walter Hills representation of Ajax getting arrested was showing how, he can never hold the wisdom that it takes to hold a gang.  So in my opinion I believe Ajax is more of the loner type.  You know, the ones that move from town to town on their own, and heads into his own destiny.

Well that would be cool they would be called something to do with fighting like the smashers but ajax would not be a great warlord because he does not have the smarts all he does is want to fight that is why i like him but yeah they would be a tough gang i would like to see that.

Oh yes Ajax is a terrible leader. If he got out of jail I doubt he would make a gang. If he did it wouldn't go anywhere. He'd go back and join the warriors. But by the time he gets out of jail he probably wouldn't have a gang life to go back to.

I think he'd go to San Francisco and get into a gang with Luther, Eddie Murphy and an Indian named Billy Bear. Then he'd end up on a chain gang while Eddie Murphy was in prison, and Billy Bear would bust him out. He would then kill Luther after Luther got a satchel full of money from Eddie Murphy's car, parked at a garage where Rembrandt happened to be working.

As for my .02 cents: after Ajax gets out of jail a new man but with similar force as before) he tries to form another gang possibly "The Headsmashers" or something violent like that...he doesn't go back to the Warriors because he thought they abandoned him...there weren't any jail visits from any of them...they thought he lost his willpower from getting caught...as one member mentioned that even as arrogant as he was he would always take a step back and care for the rest of his fellow members to see if they're okay...so his reason: he felt abandoned at a time in need...he felt that they "didn't" show him the same respect he always shows them...unfortunately he never found out that Snow and Cowboy went after him...he was resented with them thus his escape from the Warrior life...he didn't want to go back to the Warriors to be made fun of for being proven wrong or didn't want to hear the "I told ya so" song and dance routine...forming a new gang didn't work out the way he wanted to (I also agree that he wouldn't make such a great Warlord or Warchief)...and THEN thats where he decided to move to San Francisco to do his thing but didn't succeed with that either

He hated authority and wanted to be independent yet he wore the Warriors' vest. Do you think when he was first presented with his vest that he really wanted to wear it? I think a part of him wouldn't want to, but the other half would.

I think he'd probably come back to The Warriors as that was all he probably knew, though I am sure many other gangs would want him on their side. However, I think it is harder to mix in a gang of people who have grown up together (like the Orphans perhaps), than a gang comprised largely of strangers and people who hadn't known eachother too long.

If he did come back and started his own gang, they would be The Bombers, but Ajax wasn't meant to be a leader, more of a follower.
