Agreed, mate. After that confusion at the conclave, and the following morning at the beach, I always imagine the Warriors and Riffs becoming close allies. Fair enough, it WAS the Riffs that killed Cleon, but ultimately both gangs lost their leaders in the space of minutes due to the actions of one person.

No doubt, it must have been hard for the Warriors to learn of Cleon's demise at the hands of the Riffs, but they would have understood how and why things happened the way they did. Wouldn't the Warriors have done the same if they held that meeting at the conclave? Hmmm.

I'd like to think the Riffs did SOMETHING in Cleon's honour though.  :)

Has anyone ever thought that maybe the Riffs just never told the Warrior about Cleons death , perhaps just denied all knowledge of it or told them he got busted? 'Cause I can imagine it causing a lot of tension between the Riffs and Warriors. On one hand , Swan could keep the peace and leave it be , but I'm sure some of the Warriors wouldnt have been happy about that at all and wanted retribution.

i see what you mean, it they was 120 plus members of the warriors, then not all them would be like "hey mesia hows it going" type of thing.

Well, like I said in the past, the whole "you warriors are good..real good" thing was like a sign of respect.  Lets not forget, being in a gang is like being in a time of war.  lets not forget that theyare called "the armies of the night".  I mean look at all the senseless war's we had over the years with other countries.  Sometimes rather then the rival countries saysorry, or pay something in return, they normally just keep a truce, or a hopeful peace treaty.  Unfortunatly, thatswhat it is like in war, and to be a soldier.  If you notice, whne Samurai fight, rather than say I amsorry, they say "that was a good death:.  So fighting and dieing for your faction, is giving pride and honor to yourself.  So even though the Riffs made a bad mistake, Masai realized, this is what happens when soldiers fight.  Its natural in their reality to die, especially in a "Warriors" way.

I don't think that the Riffs would give anything to the Warriors.  They had their leader shot and were looking for the killer.  Gang members don't deal with IOUs - they do revenge.

As a result of that night, there might be a greater respect to the cats from Coney.  Plus if the Rogues had a turf, that was probably up for grabs.
