I think he might be in handcuffs but i'm thinkin instead of Snow holding Cowboy back he would have let Cowboy go and then him and the rest of the Warriors would have helped cause then it would be a 5 on 5 battle. So Ajax might have been arested but got free a minuite later.

Cochise would have stayed behind w/ Ajax and the lady cop might have cuffed Ajax but then Cochise would have helped him break the park bench and Ajax would have been free but wearing a handcuff bracelet of sorts for the rest of the movie.

ajax and cochise seemed to have been best friends so would cochise have stopped ajax going after that woman in the park

really because to me it seemed snow and ajax were friends (because they joined at the same time) not cochise

NO NO NO, that was in the game...it doesn't tell us in the movie that snow and ajax joined at the same time, and anyway the question says if all the warriors were there...so no, he wouldn't of got arrested if all the warriors fought the cops...

I've always thought, "why doesn't Ajax just kick through it?" and then I thought about how when the human mind is intensly stressed we lose clarity most of the time. Plus, like James Remar said, Ajax had to go down as part of the moral part of the film.

I think he would have. It's established early on in the film that he's the type of guy to get what he can, and that he's even lookin' for some excercise. No matter who was there to stop him, he was gonna go for the chick anyway. And no way Snow would have let anyone get mixed up, cuz in Swan's absence, he took the lead. Snow woulda stopped Cochise just as quickly as he stopped Cowboy. Even if Cochise hadn't listened, I think it woulda been his arse too. Vermin wouldn't have tried to help, and neither would Rembrandt. Hell, Rem didn't even try to help in the bathroom, he just sat there.

i think if the rest of the warriors were there ajax night have still been left there but after a much longer confrontation and the only thing i can see happening is cochiese running at the cops and cowboy following and after a brief fight it would just be more people in the cop car

I completely agree with you, except about Rembrandt in the bathroom. He did get the Punk's leader in the face with the spray paint and punched him out. I'm not saying he did a lot, but he did contribute. But let's not stray from the topic here. It's always sad to see Ajax get arrested, but I think he had it coming. He had to learn that you use your brain to think, and not your libido. But seeing as he doesn't use his head, it wouldn't have mattered who was in Riverside, just like Warrior_Swan said

Well....really....Ajax....why would a girl sit in the dark in the middle of the night and talk to a dangerous looking gang member telling him that "we'll get it on"...? Someone please tell me that you would figure out that there was something wrong there....

Anyhow, not to spoil the movie, I think the should've let Ajax bust outta jail or at least shown more of his arrest...

He was always looking for trouble so no doubt he would have been banged up at some point

I know this is old, but since i am new I want to add.  I agree, It does not matter what time and event you out Ajax, it is unevidable that he would be taken away sooner or later.  Basically, what go's around, comes around.  I think thats what Walter Hill wanted to say.  Thats why if you notice in the directors cut, he says I regret getting rid of Ajax, but he had to pay.  I guess the film wanted to show you that these guys were still a gang, regardless of how good they appear to be.  You can't just hope that someone like Ajax can change his ways one day, he had to be taught a lesson.  Don't get me wrong, I was cool with him, but it just shows that your demons will eventually catch up with you, because of your past mistakes.  We have to walk through life with a dark cloud over our shoulders, because we never redeemed ourselves.  Who knows maybe if Ajax gets out of jail, he becomes a youth worker because of his experiences in jail.  Or maybe he will get killed in jail.  If know one can control this man, than maybe God put him in this situation to contemplate on his life and see what he has done.  For all I know the rest could be bad to, but yet they seem to be on a more sympathetic path of life that is hope full, were Ajax is not. I believe things happen for a reason, and its up to you to figure out how Ajax ends up, because of his lesson. Remember everything has an answer.
