Alright...
Now that's what I call timing,Warchief...
Now I have something to read on the Subway ride home!!!
Thanks a million Warchief....
And I'll be here
Same Warriors Time..
Same Warriors Channel..
CAN YOU DIG IT !!!!!!!!!
YYEAHH!!!
Reading the script more things make sense, like why the Warriors took Mercy with them, and how they stratigically moved out to trap the Orphans shows just why they are the best. But, SHOCK, originally Cowboy was to have the "big one" not Vermin! . This movie would have been even better with the small details they left out.
Well in my opinion, you have to decide how you identify the characters you know now, with how they would have been in the original. the changes in the character's LITTLE details define who we know them as now.
As in, IF they gave that line to Cowboy--it would definately take away part of Vermin's character that we know and love.
So you can't have both, as all the little details they changed away from the original were changed to make the movie we see BETTER!!
or they would have left it the way it was written. the changes are improvements in my opinion. If they would have split Vermin's lines--he would have not had the sense of humor or be the Warrior we see--he would have almost gotten lost in the shuffle. There would be very little to define who Vermin was to us or to the Warriors. Same with the other changes they made away from the original and put in to the real movie. Who do you want to lose to make someone else different?? I love them the way we see them, so the original doesn't make it better for me, just different.

Very well said!!! I couldn't agree more!!!
Sure...there are a few things that would have been cool if they had been in the movie, but look at this way...most likely, they were taken out for a reason... 8)
and I have to admit, I would have liked Fox to follow the O.S. and talk about seeing Luther shoot Cyrus when they were in the graveyard.
So there are some points to be made for your view too.
I think after reading the original script and comparing it with the movie everyone on this forum is going to have their own version of the ideal Warriors movie.

What if my perfect vision involves time travel and explosions?
OMG--thanks for the laugh Dopefish!!
somehow I think your idea of time travel just doesn't quite work!! LOL
and there was one explosion-how many do you need?
I dunno. Maybe one every couple of scenes, at least. Fox is talking, and all of a sudden BOOM some dude's head explodes in the background. Also, it'd require Cyrus coming back from the dead as a zombie and eating Luther's brains.
Now, the best question, is would they jack the Doc Brown's deLorean? Or Doctor Who's Phone Booth thing? Also, would they alter the past? Like spraypainting "The Warriors rule" on the inside of some monument in the building?
