uh that doesn't make sense. He could be a undercover cop. They decide that they want to take down the riffs they would send out a undercover cop to infiltrate a specific gang that was known for doing stupid things. Maybe the Rogues could've been cops since they were all in for the killing of cyrus. Luther never said why he actually shot cyrus now did he? He alwayz said "he just like doing things like that." That could be sign that he didn't want to put the other officers lives in peril since they put him and the rogues up to it.

Now.Therefore if he told the gangs might ally with each other and brun down police station or kill police officers that patrol the streets at night. So I say my explanation is reasonable.

I don't think that Luther was a cop at any point in time.....he just does not seem to be right for the job.....just the thing of randomly going around killing people and saying he is having a good time does not sound like any undercover cop to me.

No I highly doubt that he was ever an under cover cop  yes he had a badge but that was just to show for decoration on his vest showing that hes in charge. Alot of you have alot of these theories of him for some odd reason being an ex undercover cop... hes just an outoflessoned kid that likes to cause trouble. As for the phone calls Luther made well he could of been talking to one of The Riffs, one of the gang members or was talking to someone who was scouting The Warriors to where they were heading. And I am sure with the gun I would have to agree on a past topic that guns wern't easy to get back then. Luther is nothing more than someone that likes to cause chaos. It is funny that you think Luther would be an undercover cop... lol

Luther was just playing a game to where he wanted everyone looking for The Warriors and then later on Luther would be the only one to get to them to take them down at their own "turf"

All in all no Luther never was an under cover cop nor real evidence to even claim that he ever was one.
