i looked that part over in the script. it was reffrance to Fox . becuase it says rembrandt and cowboy run down. as plato takes one last look behind him( in the split from the train car as the Trans cops stroll by)

back to the subject: he saved Vermin and Cochise for crying out loud!!!!! So what if he can't fight? Muscle aint all you need to survive in a set. Rembrandt aint no idiot. He saw something comming when them Lizzie broads showed up. And don't even put that he's homosexual OR SO HELP ME GOD!!

it amazes me how little respect people show Rembrandt.

It amazes me how people can come on these forums as considering themselves Warriors fans yet they have the nerve to call any Warrior useless. I mean, to each his own, but this is hands-down disrespect to the characters of the film.

If you're looking to say this non-constructive tripe, go tell it to your pets, I'm sure they'd love to hear about it.

Rembrandt was probably brought for more than just tagging the "W" as they went. He probably came to decipher other gangs' graffiti. Graffiti is pretty complicated and it takes a trained eye to read it, I don't think any of the other Warriors could read a burner if they had to identify a gang's turf by their mark.

Look, in a normal situation he would have been doing elaborate tags like the one seen in the pic below. Being on the run with the cops and all the gangs in the city after them kinda screwed that up now didn't it?

Cowboy is an average brawler,Rembrandt is just the artist,and not a good one,so it is very strange how he got picked as the member of the gang.

During the Lizzies hangout,when Rembrandt doesn't like any of the girls and just walks around,my friend suggests he's gay.

In that Lizzies place, Rembrandt was the only one who kept his head. He saved those guys lives by raising an alarm. Swan, Cleon, Snow, and Fox wouldn't have gone within 100 yards of those Lizzies because of the situation at hand. Every family has weaker members that are just as valuable and useful.

rembrandt mey be soft around the edges and only the artist but he gets his job done. his job is to get the warriors known by writing their tags on other turfs and he shows he can fight when he has to (Start of Punks fight).
Athough i admit he aint the best brawler out

ok guys...how can you all POSSIBLY accuse rembrandt of being a lousy artist when he only got up in one spot in the entire movie? and it was in a graveyard with LIMITED space for his tag. which by the way, lets keep in mind, was just a simple W. anybody with a functioning hand can write a SINGLE letter with some spray, trust me, i know from experiance, its not that hard to make a letter, ive made SENTENCES

. the reason it was left for rembrandt to do it when all of them COULD is because...frankly its HIS role and HIS reason for being in the gang. im sure if we got a scene of rembrandt doing an ACTUAL BURNER in the movie it'd be off the hook. the tag he does in the graveyard is just a simple W to let people know the warriors have been there. but since the movie is set on a hectic race to get back to their hangout they really wont have the time to sit down and let rembrandt lay down a big burner. I think every single warrior is helpful in his own way.

Vermin is not useless through out the whole movie hes never been hurt exept for the part when hes hurled at the window!
