Warchief vs. Warlord

Surprised Chips hasn't been on DVD yet!

One thing I always liked about Chips was the car chases, since I am a big car chase fan. In Chips, like all 70's police/cop shows, the car chases usually ended with the car being chased going up some mysterious "invisible" ramp behind another car (usually parked), and flipping over! It was always hilarious seeing cars going over the invisible ramp instead of just crashing into the backs of these parked cars! I think it was a 70's and 80's thing.

Yeah, thanks for bringing this up again Emissary. I think. Oh boy, I don't want to start something here, but I think all the facts back Emissary up all the way.

Ok Ajax says "I wanna be WarLORD."
Fox then says "It was Cleon's choice, Swan's WarCHIEF."
Then Vermin "Big boy, Swan's WarCHIEF".
AS IN....Swan is next in line for Warlord, because he's Warchief, not you, Heavy Muscle. Why else would they put emphasis on those words?

And the game does NOT count.

Yeah that is a bit confusing but i still think that cleon is warlord because before the meeting he is saying stuff to the warriors like to rembrandt have you got the stuff i want you to hit everything in sight i want everyone to know that the warriors where their so i think that cleon is warlord.

Damn, what a debate... 82 posts, tons of passionate views and countless disagreements... all over two words, too! THIS is what it's about, folks. Oh yes...

I always saw the Warchief/ Warlord position as the SAME thing. Still do. It's been explained before, but I see it like this: A member of the Warriors is chosen by the Warlord/ Warchief prior to any missions or moves the gang may go on, to take over in case of a sudden absence on their behalf. This does not make that chosen Warrior 2nd in command. There is no 2nd in command. All Warriors are equal under the Warchief/ Warlord.

Cool. Now it's your turn to disagree!

lol disagree time, warlord is the main leader of the gang the main man the one and only wot ever u want to ca\ll it, warcheif isnt a lord hes just a cheif hence the word warchief, which makes him 2nd in cammand owt happens to warlord the warcheif takes over as warlord warcheif is warlords right hand man if you will, like swan took over cleon mesai took over cyrus, u get the picture

Like most of us involved in this argument/ debate, I know the difference between the words LORD and CHIEF. I just don't think it applies here.

Ajax:what's wrong with right now I wanna be warlord.

Vermin:Big boy swan's warchief.

All in the same converstion ok they are the same thing in this type of thing but with others lord is better then chief this is the only exception.

It makes it easier to know who is warlord and who is warcheif.In the deleted scenes Cleon is assigning everyone to their positions before they head off too the Cyrus meeting and you can tell that defiantly Cleon is leader and warlord of the warriors.
