I don't think their ages are a factor to 4nik8, more like their mental states. Both Kristy McNichol & Tatum O'Neal are a bit wacked out, therefore giving him a shot.

Being that they live in Los Angeles county, the police would never believe it. You'd have to blame the Black man or the LAPD would just assume and arrest the first brotha they find. But then again, a guy lookin like Boy George doesn't get very far even in LA.
