Hey Boppers,

It's been awhile. I hope everyone is doing OK.

I just wanted to alert you all to a new Amazon movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5825380/

(I know not all of you can access this link - sorry - I'm sure you can find some info on it though if you are interested).

It takes place in Coney Island in the 50's. It looks like a kind of pulpy, Film Noir type offering. Could be good actually.

Just thought I'd throw this out to the collective, as it's a bit 'Warriors' related!

Yeah, seems like quite an amateur production, HA!

Well, I cannot speak to that. It's got a $25 million budget, with screenplay and direction by Woody Allen.

The cast is not exactly all that stellar, but it's not bad either. We'll have to wait and see how it actually is I suppose.
I'm definitely going to check it out, just because the reconstruction of Coney Island in it's heyday will be fun to watch,
and who knows, maybe ole' Papa Woody has another really good story left in him.

On a different note, what is happening with the Hulu remake of 'The Warriors'? Did that die or what?

The Hulu tv series is still attached to the Russo brothers, and they aren't going to be doing anything else while their Marvel films are in production.
On a side note re: casting. Thomas Waites posted a photo of his younger self carrying his son on his shoulders. In that photo, Tom bore a resemblance to Kit Harrington from Game of Thrones. "You know nothing, Francis Conway"
