Region free DVD players

[I'm posting this in the Warriors thread since there's been so much talk throughout regarding the R1 and R2 Warriors DVD's]

With many dvd players, you can enter a numeric code on the remote control or flash the drive with a disc and make it region free.

This may or may not be legal where you live, so I'm not advising that anyone do this. But if anyone would like to find out more -- for instance, if someone wanted to learn if there was a code for his dvd player -- he could do a google search on the brand & model number dvd player he has.
