For those of you that remember Mitch, he was also a professional boxer, most remembered for the infamous street fight he had with Mike Tyson, which led to the boxing bout between these 2 that Mitch eventually lost, but did fight good in. Now some might be wondering what does Mitch have to do with "The Warriors", well Mitch claimed that one of the characters in the original '79 movie was based on him. I do remember watching something on T.V. many, many years ago about Mitch, a biography of sorts about Mitch, and they did mention that there was a true connection between him and the film.
