not sure if anyone has mentioned this before me so my appologies if it may.the gang dressed in the red hawaian shirts are the hurricanes if the source is correct.i read my gamesmaster magazine recently and it tells you in there.

The Hurricanes are from Spainsh Harlem and you see them at the conclave. They are shirtless and wear straw Panama hats.

Rockstar got that right. Go watch the original theatrical trailer for The Warriors. It shows a bunch of gangs including the Hi-Hats, The Baseball Furies, and The Hurricanes. It shows the shirtless dudes with the Panama hats at the conclave when the narrarator says 'The Hurricanes', thus those boppers are The Hurricanes.

I just watched it and the guy didn't say The Hurricanes.
