my guess is in a case like that he would have been held without bail

he was gonna get hit with assult on a officer and whatever charge he gets with the women.....i dont know what they would call it, but ya im guessing, held without bail

yeah he would return after a while, however not by the end of the night

im gonna guess between all the chrages he could get hit with from that night he was facing years. he has a double assult on a officer, once for the sub way kick and once when he went to get arrested, also they could put it as assult of a officer for his rough play with the female officer. also if he was hardcore which we all think he was, and didnt snitch out the other warriors....then chances are they banged him with even more charges, anything they could....even vandelism for the warrior W's. beacuse he didnt snitch rem out. thats pushing it. but i hope that made u understand what i was getting at. anyway yes he would be out. but not for a while....its gonna be 3 days before he see's a judge. and thats in todays laws and ways. i have no idea how long they would have waited back then

he's in jail. If the gangmates would try to get him out they'll be dead for sure. (even TheFox will be dead)

Ajax woulda been arraigned the next day in court and bail set. If someone would have made his bail he'd be out free till trial. The charges would have been pleaded down by Ajax's attorney with the prosecuter and he probably would have done a minumum of time.

There was no way to put him at the conclave. Unlawfull assemby is all he coulda been charged with there anyway. If his lawyer was any good he would have used entrapment as reason for reduced or dismissed sentence with the undercover cop lady. He didn't just jump on her in an attempted rape. She invited him, "show me how you play with the girls."

Punching the cop was serious but he had no weapons either so lesser severity of crime. The district attorney's office would have wanted to get this case out of the system since there was so much more serious crimes they had to deal with. You just know Ajax woulda showed up in court in a suit looking clean cut too!

i would think they probably beat him to death....literally. the cops back then had absolutely no love for gangs, and they were also extreme corrupt. if anything, they violated every right he had, beat the living crap out of him, and left for dead on a side street somewhere.
i honestly doubt they would've let him see a judge or book him for something, in their eyes hes a no good thug that deserves nothing but death. lets not forget, the fox got tossed in front of the train by a cop and you know the cop totally meant to do it.

i don't know what time period you grew up but your statement is INSANE! the cops were way more corrupt back in those days, ask any cop. i'm not saying the cops aren't corrupt nowadays but it was far worse back in the days then its is now.
nowadays, people(and their lawyers) have the cops in check, plus theres IA(internel affairs) which introduced for the sole purpose of busting all dirty cops that were around back then. and correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think IA was even around back in the 1970's soooo....

and who's to say they didn't beat him down at the park? i nor you can say for certain since the scene ends after cowboy and snow roll up. my opinion is based on how the cops acted throughout the movie, namely the one scene where the cop clearly throws the fox in front of the train....that was no accident, atleast not the way it was filmed and perceived by the audience.

no matter, ajax got screwed big time, either by being sent to jail, or being beaten to death.

Think of it this way, not every single cop was corrupt in the seventies and not every single cop is corrupt today, but use some common sense. The most reasonable answer to what happened to Ajax is that he got thrown in the slammer. I mean yeah, there is a chance he could have been beaten to death, but by what we see in the film it's more logical to determine that he was arrested.
