ok While scouring in slo-mo for a different topic, I came across what looks like a girl, but I think its a guy, in a white tanktop with uncontrollable giggles. You see this right when Cyrus says "nobody is wasting nobody" towards the lower left of the screen. I guess the pressure of the big screen got to the young actor.

It ain't a Saracen, cause it was a white tank top. Maybe a black hand. But what I want to know is, who are those guys in the sheepskin vests? They look nuts.

I think it is a VCR but why is he laughing? Is it because Cyrus mentioned them in a semi-funny way? Or is he just laughing and they decided not to edit it out because they figured: who's gonna sit there in 25 years and watch this thing in slow motion zoom for two hours? Hmmmmm.

I seriously doubt that the scene was shot in sequence. That panning shot of the crowd was probably done at one point while Cyrus' speech was done at another. As for the giggling, the kid was probably high. Or maybe he farted.

Because they were good enough to "lend" the Riff's their turf for the conclave. Either that, or it's a condiscending smile.

I think that implied that the Moonrunners and Van Courtland Rangers are mortal enemies, so the fact that they can stand next to each other without killing each other is indeed a miracle.
