Okay let me teach all the Newbloods something....... STOP USING THE GAME AS AN EXAMPLE! The game was made 25 years after the movie was released. We really don't know if Vermin co-founded the gang in the game they say that but in the movie they don't. And A Bearer is someone who carries the Tokens and The Bread (money)

Bearer is the guy who carries the money and the subway tokens.

That whole backstory about Vermin co-founding the gang with Cleon is just from the imaginations of the guys who designed the game. It doesn't really make sense to me either, because if that were true, Vermin would hold a higher position than just some soldier.

I don't think Vermin has very good leadership capablities, he tends to deviate from what's good for the group to enjoy his own extracurricular activities. Plus he isn't good at maintaining the moral of the group in tense situations. True he is the comic relief, but that character is seldom the leader.

he doe s manage to back his lack of leadership qualities up with his fighting abilities.

when the chips are down he,s always there when needed.

OK. Well, he is respected. By Ajax, by virtue of the way he talks to him. By Rembrandt and Cochise.(Lizzies) Swan gets bossy with him only once and what can you say, it was a tense situation. As far as founding the gang, not as they say, "canon."

I know its not 'canon' per se, but I think the game put Vermin in the right place. He didn't found the Warriors, Cleon did. Vermin has the loyalty and ability to help: not necessarily in a leadership role, but I believe Vermin was the most solid of the warriors, the most loyal.

I disagree. Not because I doubt Vermin's loyalty, it was strong. But they were all loyal. Everyone of them would die for the others. If you want to say he was the toughest or something, I could respect that, but I can't put anyone's loyalty over anyone else's.

OH SO YOU WERE ONLY KIDDING BASEBALL FURY 100! you want me to go to hell because i'm right! The movie was made in 1979 the Game 2005! Watch the movie and go by what happens in the movie not The GAME! ....Newbloods have no respect these days.

Obviously,you have a lot to learn about that!...Don't get me wrong.

Vermin was not the co-founder of the gang,and it's unknown who was.R* put in their own ideas to the story.We are talking about the film here,and nothing is seen or said about that in the film,so just accept that.

And even if Vermin was the co-founder,it would have been Cleon's choice to give him the second command,but he didn't for certain reasons...
Vermin isn't that much of a heavy brawler,he is something kind of a scout,and wouldn't be able to lead the gang the right way,..in my opinion.

i only seen the movie like october and fell in love with it so im kinda new, and you only joined a month after me cowboy, posts mean nothing to me
