It seems that some of the High Hats were spread out at the conclave. I saw 3 of them near other gangs just hanging in the crowd. You'd think they would stick together being they look like mimes and not very tough. Strength in numbers, that's what I say.

If you noticed, many of the gangs intergrated with each other. I think that the Riffs and the Rogues were the only gangs shown all together.

Alot of the gangs were carousing so alot of them probably saw some childhood friends along the way and stoped to see how they were doing

Yeah it seems the gangs just kinda seperated a lot within their members, who probably just went for their own favorite viewing positions. I did notice that the High Hats seemed pretty spread apart though, you would think they'd like to stick together lol.

The Warriors were spread out to because it took a while for Fox and Rembrandt to find all the others.

Most gangs only had 2 or 3 members so, it looked like more gangs attended.

Strength in numbers is a good thing and maybe the different gangs mixed with other gangs that they were allied with or saw as potential allies?

Well it probably has to do with that saying "the enemy of my enemy, is my friend."  Maybe there were severe rivalries between gangs that lasted for God know how long, and there were other gangs there that you did not fight, but had competition with your nemesis.  Although your not to fond of that gang, you stick together to take than the gang you both hate.  Thats just one theory.  Maybe they realized that this was a golden moment, so lets act mature and see what happens.  Theres nothing wrong with learning experiences, so lets just blend with the crowd and see what happens.  Lets show them that we are honorable, and are men of our words.  I am sure that all the gangs were paranoid, so they still were on ready mode, but like I said this was the mecca of gang meeting, so lets just show up, contemplate and reflect on what Cyrus has to say.  And if it doesn't work out, than stuff happens.  Its all about how honorable a person you can be.
