Have you guys ever wondered who is this guy?  The guy looks a little bit like The Fox, but he was probably a stunt.  Any ideas?

i think it was the "double" for fox after he dropped out unexpectedly in the movie they had to use him for the scene where fox gets tossed on to the rails

In the background you can see the Coney Island subway sign.  That photo must have been taken the night they shot the scene where they all get on the subway.  You can obviously tell it was shot after Waites left.
