howcome the warriors know the police are after them when they didnt know people thought they killed cyrus?

also cops are always on gangs for obvius reasons so they didn't really need a specific reason

this probably isnt true, but what if luther tipped the cops off about the conclave and told them someone might get shot? just to give the other gangs hell. i mean,  luther does "just like doing things like that".

no I dont think so, It was such a big conclave it would have probably been hard for the cops not to know about the conclave before it happened.

Exactly. The warriors were running away from the cops because the cops were tailing all the gang members because those kind of mettings are against the law.

Here's my take on how the cops knew about the conclave:

I always figured (this might sound a little far-fetched, actually) that a disgruntled ex-Rogue did it. He was probably pissed at Luther and tired of taking his crap, so he quit the gang (after finding out about the conclave) and ratted everybody out to the police. In his mind, he was thinking "With the cops breaking up the conclave, maybe that prick Luther will get busted."

Sometimes the cops have informants that they keep on the street, if someone gets busted for a minor offense, they will keep them on the street and have them rat people out in exchange for freedom.

this is indeed true info ya got from the vice boys, i really like this as the idea why cops knew, etc. great idea!

Maybe the cops have ears on the radio? If you listion on the game the radio voice gives it out whats
going down. And the cops could of beat down one of the gang members who had a invitation and found out
where it was. Or they could just not have a radio and just beat down the gang member for info.

This whole theory of how did the cops know about the conclave, well I always had to have an imagination on the past of Cyrus.  Cyrus seemed to be a man with a long past.  He could have had a number of reasons to start a gang, and actually be that dominant.  My guess is that Cyrus grew up in the 50's and we all know the racial issues and government problems people went through.  So maybe Cyrus was an everyday guy who was on a crusade to end these problems.  Maybe he became a modern day Robin Hood and stole from the rich, and gave to the poor.  He later realized that he had brain power, and had the knowledge to influence others.  So I believe that Cyrus was on a journey all these years doing whatever it took to make him and his people have a place on this earth. Whether it was dealing with segregation in the 50's, or the Vietnam war of the 60's, Cyrus became a man that the law could not catch.  So my point is that the cops were probably on his back for all these years, and as soon as they thought they got him, the man vanished.  So whether you think Cyrus was a saint sent from God, or a menace to society, he was a man that no one could bring down.  So thats how the cops knew the conclave was going on, they simply practiced all his steps, but hey the cops could never really touch him anyway, because it wasn't the cops that ended his life, and thats only because he gave the gangs a chance to get close to him.  So thats my reason of the cops showing up.
