There is a scene were Mercy tells Swan she stole the jacket because cops were looking for someone in a pink top. The actual reason she is wearing a jacket is because in the scene were Mercy and Swan run from the cop, in one of the takes Michael Beck (Swan) pulled Mercy's hand too hard and broke her wrist. She had to wear a cast and they used the jacket to cover it up!

Uh...I was always under the impression (and what I learned from the Ultimate Director's cut) was that Mercy was working on another film during the day (since Warriors was all night shots) and she had broken her wrist during that film's production.

mercy also got hit in the face with a bat or something she got scard for life as well

I always thought it was fox who broke her wrist
