it's a pretty decent film, although it came out around or near the time the Warriors did, it deals with a different era of New York City gangs. The Wanderers are the remnants of the '50's malt shop, bowling alley, and pool hall social clubs. Now in the '60's, the gangs are getting more centralized, much bigger, and becoming a bigger threat to the streets of New York, however, with the Peace/Hippie movement around the corner, the gangs know that a change is coming, and they might be a thing of the past. Ofcourse there are some connections to the Warriors from the Wanderers, one of the Ducky Boys is the leader of the Punks gang in the Warriors, the Fordham Baldies resemble the Turnbull AC's, and I believe one of the bowling alley hustlers was a Furie in the Warriors. So it's not a bad flick to check out, a bit different from the Warriors, but the message is still the same..we can't stop or change the future, it just happens.

Interesting take, kind of confused if the Wanderers did it does everyone know and are after them?
There is another movie about a greaser gang that was made in the 70's called "The Lords of Flatbush".

*LMFAO @ Ed's statement "Nicely done,Good video but in my reckoning even the Lizzies could take down The Wanderers"*
Nice clip. I liked it. I am a Warriors fan and a few years ago saw the Wanderers, liked it and made it a part of my film collection. I would be reluctant to put down the Wanderers...but hypothetically speaking, if the Wanderers bopped in the movie (Warriors movie) they would be mowed down pretty quickly.

I really like this little movie, above all because I hate the wanderers and I'm happy they have a bad night!
