What does Cleon say?

I have watch the flick countless times, and I still cant understand what Cleon says in the opening.
It goes like this:
"Its still on, and were going.....cyrus & ??????????????????????????
now cyrus doesn't want anyone packed.......... (and so on)
Ok, fill in the question marks for me........i just cant understand what he says.

now everyone says cyrus is the one and only.i say we go take a look for ourselves.

Johan, there is no need to over react on a missquote considering you didn't correct all of it anyway. This is all very disapointing from big fans of The Warriors.

one thing ive never understood ive sen the movie endless times but i dont understand what is an emissary? is it a messenger?

This is exactly what Cleon says: " It's still on, and we're going... Cyrus sent an Emissary this afternoon to make sure. Now Cyrus don't want anybody packed and he don't want anybody flexing any muscle. So I gave him my word that the Warriors would uphold the truce. Now everybody says that Cyrus is the one and only......I think we better go have a look for ourself."
When you recite something over a thousand times, you memorize it. That is also where my name comes from. Obviously.
