I mean what is, in 1st scene, the flare we can see looking at WonderWheel below on the left? ( There are 2 more little lights: 1 under "el" from Wheel, the other screen's below on the right).
But the one on the left is a flare! So which its meaning on that scene? Is it a flare against mosquitos or what? Please send posts, thanks in advance! 8)

I think it was a light they put in or something but I always wondered why they were there.

Yeha I remember.  Well Coney Island in general was always just a colorful place.  They would normally have lights there just for the heck of it.  Sometimes it wouldn't have much value, its was normally just to lighten the place up.  Just like a wonderland.

Hey,

If you notice Cleon is talking to a soldier on the boardwalk while the flare of the light is blinking.  I like to think that is Nathan's or a game spot.  It is really a neon light.  I really enjoy the background mood one gets while the leader talks of the conclave.
