I have been talking to the seller from the beginning of the sales of the deck. I wanted to post the below email I received from the seller.

I was on the Warriors forum tonight and saw there was a user suggesting I was in alliance with the highest bidder to drive the price of my skateboards up. This doesn't surprise me because I too have felt in the past when I have purchased something on Ebay and was nearly outbid by a new Ebay buyer or someone who has very little feedback, that they were working with the seller to drive the price up. After reading this, I was concerned and a little ticked off so I tried to register on the forum so I could introduce myself and post something but the site won't let me register, it tells me there's already a user with my same email address, weird. Regardless, I'm gonna forward you some emails and maybe you could post some information for me on the site.

I'm gonna send you the buyer's PayPal dispute and the FedEx tracking # so you can see when I'll be getting back the last 2 boards that I shipped to this weirdo. This package has the RIFFS & TURNBULL AC's boards. I tracked it tonight and it's in Orland, Florida. right now and I'm supose to get it on Friday. As far as anyone thinking I was working with another Ebay member to drive the price up on the bidding, anyone can read my feedbacks as a seller and see for themselves that I don't pull crap like that, I'm sure other people do but I'm not cool with that. Also, if you have any doubts about purchasing the boards from me outside of Ebay and would rather use Ebay, than I'm good with that. I listed all these skateboards with no reserve and a .99 cent starting bid, whatever the winning bid was, well that was fine with me.

To clear things up, the buyer won the first 2 boards(PUNKS & ROGUES), paid me and I shipped them. He received them and I left feedback. Later he won the next 2 boards(RIFFS & TURNBULL AC's) paid me and I shipped them. While these boards were on their way to him via FedEx, he files a claim with PayPal saying the first 2 boards were used & not as described, he says this after having the boards for a week. Next, he files a claim on the second 2 boards saying they were late on delivery & he wants a refund immediately. I called PayPal after getting an email telling me about his claim and want to know why. PayPal tracks my last shipment and it shows the package could not be delivered on the 17th because nobody was available to sign for them, on the following day it shows that buyer refused the boards and they are being shipped back to the sender, me. The last 2 boards that I had listed on Ebay(WARRIORS & FURIES)that this guy won, I ended up cancelling that transaction through Ebay on the phone as well as blocking this guy as a bidder for anything I list in the future.

All the skateboards with the exception of the WARRIORS deck are in their original plastic shrink wrap, just how I got them years ago. The WARRIORS board was originally shipped to me in a plastic bag, not in shrink wrap. All the boards I shipped to this guy were in MINT condition, I have no idea why the hell he would claim that they were in used condition. After talking to PayPal about the first 2 boards and giving them the whole story, they decided to rule in my favor and close the first case which means I don't have to refund his money and he has to keep the boards or do whatever he wants with them. I honestly wish the guy would had never bid on them, It's been a huge ordeal for me and a massive headache. I have been dealing with this for several days now and just want to get it done with for good. To be honest, I'm to the point where I just want to get my boards back and put them in storage.

I have been selling and buying on Ebay for 11 years now and this is the first real problem I have ever had with a buyer. I have over 1000 positive feedbacks on Ebay and have always gone the extra step for any buyer if needed. So, for anyone who thinks I know this buyer and was working with him to drive the bidding up, YOU ARE WRONG!

So for anyone who thinks that this was not legit, I think it is wrong. He also sent all the emails to eBay and PAYPAL so he did get screwed. He also offered me two of the boards for much less then my last bid.

I emailed him back to tell him i'd buy it for the price he wanted but i haven't heard anything since. I might have done something wrong with the email though, i'm not very good with emails. I've messaged him again on Ebay so hopefully he'll reply.

I hope he doesn't think i'm the one who thought he was a scammer.

Today I received the RIFFS and TURNBULL decks today for a really reasonable price. The seller was extremely EASY to work with and the decks are exactly as he said. I can vouch that he is a honest seller. I'll post pics later. Three down, three to go.

I'd like to see a catalogue of the full line so I know what i'm missing. I've missed out on a few peices due to bidding ending while im at work and time zone difference. I've passed up a couple of items because they were colour variants of tee's I already had.

I'll bump up the old thread when my EE hoody arrives. Anyone that has facebook, there's currently a folder with them all in on my page.

Whats up everyone,I'm the guy who got the Warriors board from this seller,I received it yesterday and its in great condition,he was fine to deal with and had good communication the whole time..anyways just wanted to say whats up and introduce myself.I am a huge collector and I will post my collection soon, I got a lot of great stuff and some cool Warriors art projects I'm working on too.Trying to get frames built for my skateboards and frames for my Warriors posters and prints as well.This is the very first post I've made but I'll be here alot more,thanks.
