Ok, here is my deal. I want to get my own patches made, not for resale, but for myself at a ridiculous cost. They will be awesome as I know the patchmaker, but I need HIGH rez scans of an original set of Warriorcleon patches.

If you have a set, and can provide me with HIGH rez scanned images of every detail of the patch set in full, I will give you 1 free patch set when I get mine made. I don't break my word, EVER, and this offer is open to the first person that can provide me the scans only.

Hi, thank you for posting those images, but what I really need are the actual scanned patches of warbird and top rocker so my patchmaker can see the threads/coloring used on an original set of patches. Ideally, what I need is an actual, in my hand, set of patches and then the patchmaker could make them identical, but I can get close with a set of Warriorcleon patches scanned at high rez.

As things are now, I've got an A-1 vest that fits like a garbage bag. The Warbird annoys me as you well know what that looks like. I've got a 70's vest, that fits like an actual vintage Warriors vest, with custom made diamond trim, and was going to take off the A-1 warbird, but don't really want to put that crummy patch on my near identical vintage vest. Plus, it would kill the resale on the A-1 vest when I decide to dump it. The one that just ended on Ebay the same as my crapper sold for $560!!!

Kartoon, how close is your second image, would you say, to the actual Warriors patch design in terms of fine detail?

well honestly id say the ones i posted are closer to the movie

over the years patch makers have made the patchs "to perfect" as you can see from the photo below

the pics show that the war birds were a little messy lookin, not that i dont like the more perfect patchs...but as far as "real thing" i would say these arecloser then warrior cleon


also note that the top rocker the words are not "in the center" but more aligned to the left...keep this is mind if your going for a "movie looK"


here are some of mondos patchs...and i feel there great looking, however, more "perfect" then the movie...IMO

hey Kartoon, thanks for posting the different pics of the Warbird, I've been trying to put together a template for a friend of mine to draw it out so I can get it done as a tattoo, I think the first two will give him an idea on the size, and hopefully I am going to have a local shop make it into a patch as well. Thanks again man for the great scans.

Ok all, as of this writing, I no longer need the Warriorcleon patch scans, so the free patch offer is now off the table. Thanks to Kartoon for the images he posted, as they could be helpful and would look great on your own 1 time personal t-shirt.
