Very cool. I don't think INCOGNEATO is going to let them do this for too long  (cease and dissist?) since they have the liscense for patches. I would gobble these up now if you want them.

that would be a bummer and give them a bad rep in my opinion. it will show that they are just looking to profit from the fans. they are making haloween costumes - not high end jackets to be worn daily like we're seeing from this seller. i think this is great for the fans.

Like I said tho, I was going to purchase the liscense for FULL size replica patches but they do not want people to make their own costumes. Look below:

"In lieu of contacting Paramount and having their legal serve Mondo with a cease and desist . There is also a company called A-1Americanflags that was making the Warriors movie vests and patches. From what I’ve heard, they have been named a minor target for shut down of these items.
Because licensing is so expensive we will also begin to work with Paramount legal to protect our investment and sales efforts."

It is protecting their investment (which I understand) and not really about hurting the fans. I hear where you are coming from tho!!

From what ive seen of the halloween costumes, their patches are terrible.  If they want to protect their investment, they should try making a good product.

I think this vest is for the gaming fans. Each to their own, but I would sooner have the harley davidson logo.  Theres plenty of those patches out there cheap, so It should be easy to customise if you want the movie look.

She shouldn't worry too much about the cease and desist order.  Its the one's that have websites that get targeted.  Charlloots website got shut down but he still trades frequently on ebay.
A few of us vets may remember a patch and Tshirt seller by the name of Warriorcleon.  He had a website called Stillatlizzies (some of his early shirts and hoodies had the address printed on them).  The site shut down but he resurfaced back on ebay as user name stillatlizzies to sell of the rest of his back stock.  Shame he no longer deals as his products were top quality.  5 years on, the print on the vest style shirt hasn't started to crack yet after multiple washes.

I got a ORPHANS T-Shirt from stillatlizzies. If they take the time to issue a C&D, then they will take the time to persue it. Do I think it's correct, no! I think the fans will make a better replica. I have made a full size replica (the art that i got from this site) of the movie logo patch (warbird and rocker), but would love to buy other gangs and make my own. They said they would be doing other gangs, so let's see.

I bought a Rogues vest from this seller and it was of fairly good quality for the price. The price seems pretty high but there are people out there that will buy it anyway.
