Warriors vests on eBay - Buy it Now reduced to $109.00

Post by 4nik8 »

At only US $119.00, these are the cheapest BiNs I've seen, and it's from a seller about whom several of us have had good things to say (satansmothers09)

looks like there were 5, now 3...

Ah, I think I see why they're still there, and why the price has dropped...

From the ad: "CHOOSE YOUR SIZE FROM XL, OR XXL"

My informal analysis is that the smaller vests tend to sell better, statistically speaking

warriors fans probably try to maintain a physique like swan...

speaking of that... i began a strict diet and exercise routine trying to optimize lean muscle mass..

nik, you had some success with that...what did your routine look like?

These newer mark 3 vests (the ones with improved pocket piping) are sized differently to the older A1 vests.  They're a size smaller than their older counterpart, so a new xl size will only be a large.  If it wasn't so close to christmas, I'd have been tempted to pick up a third vest.  Still waiting for someone to produce a vest thats the right shape  The ones availible at the moment are too short at the front and the pockets are too high up.  One day, i'll own a near perfect replica vest.

Hey 9th, see our posts on STARTER VEST topic and PIPING topic. We are trying to get the near perfect. YOUR help would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s the abridged (detail-free) version

Sleep 9 hours a day
Drink 3 liters of water/day

This assumes a workout of ~5:45 - 7:00 PM

08:30 AM skim milk w/whey protein
10:30 AM chicken breast, small red potato, romaine lettuce, gala apple
01:15 PM chicken breast, medium red potato, romaine lettuce, gala apple
04:00 PM chicken breast, large red potato, romaine lettuce, gala apple
07:15 PM skim milk w/whey protein
09:00 PM chicken breast, medium red potato, romaine lettuce, gala apple

day 1: push (chest, shoulders, triceps)
day 2: legs (legs!)
day 3: pull (back, biceps, rear delts)
day 4: OFF

repeat

month 1: power
month 2: strength
month 3: musculairty
month 4: definition

repeat

continue repeating, then stand under strong overhead light, and take a pic with no flash:

sounds good. i will probably switch up the chicken some days with bison, salmon, or tuna (steaks). switch up red potato with sweet potato on certain days, add in some steamed greens. lose the potato at 9pm. add some dextrose to the post-workout shake

supplements will include-

multi vitamin
omega complex
glutamine
cla and l-carnitine (maybe after a couple months in)
choice of protein powder for shakes - most likely isopure mixed with skim or skim plus

will be drinking-
lots of water and also green tea

workout routine -

like you said but to make sure to include abs at least every other day
lighter weights and more reps this time around

i'm 5'10 205 right now - i would say 20+% body fat

going for - 180 lbs 7-10% body fat

I’m not really that draconian with the eating - I was jus' goin' for the shock value!

I do, however, eat at those times listed but mix up the protein / carb combos

Abs is one of those groups that's nigh-impossible to overtrain - even though I did not list it, you could work those every day if ya wanted

Also, don't get hung up on numbers; they simply do not matter (unless you have a big meet against State, and have to "make weight")
