yes...it's embroidered chenille onto a felt background...this ones not homemade like my other stuff...i got fed up with searching for one of these so i finally got a company to make it up for me...put a spare up on ebay

i've been looking for one of these for 30 years...so i finally get some made up and it looks like no ones interested...i'll have to sew them onto all my jackets
