Yes i bought it.
I thought the bit about it being won in a CIC video competion was rubbish, but maybe not the warriors sign on the back looks like its been stamped into/onto the leather professionally.
I was going to remove the white lettering and put a warbird and rocker on the back but the letters are not removable and it is way too small for me.

It's not from the film, the Ebay listing said it was won in a competition when CIC released the film on video. I'll try and post some pics up later.

There was a simular vest on ebay last year, and the seller said it was used for a promotion display in a store.
A leather vest seems a bit expensive as a promo item for a company such as cic back in the 80s. All we got when I worked in a video store (back in 89) were posters and cardboard stand-ups.
