I know a lot of you guys probably think i'm a bit strict at times with some of the posts i delete and the constant reminders of the Rules but, this is the exact reason i do this so it's a friendly place to visit.

Like i've said before if you have a problem with things including myself send me an pm and we can sort.

It's a rotten job at times but, someone's got to do it! I'm a chilled out easy going guy who drinks and swears but, i just make sure we all follow rules that are in place as i enjoy visiting the site as much as all of you.

hey no sweat warrior leader,
i think you're doing a fine job. it needs to be done and you were chosen. stand your ground because if it starts to get out of hand there may be no turning back. if people know what's expected of them and there's 0 tolerance, then they'll act accordingly. i work in education and the first and most important principle is that you have to do what you say you're going to do. if you set rules and consequences and don't follow through, you'll have anarchy.

yes, he was occasionally funny, but for the most part i felt he was rude and was only here to rip people. i got the impression that he felt superior to everyone else.

We can thank the Warchief and his Moderator Warriors for that.
they set the tone and the board should follow.
I am a member of several boards, a few are like this one, and a couple are NOT like this one.
Boards like this one are great places to meet/make webfriends with common interests and I really enjoy it here, too.

i kinda like the mood in this board better. people get a bit hostile over in imdb...

You're right Breathe. Not only that, but you always get some fool that will totally change the subject or a couple of people will start an argument about the other making a bad comment on a certain actor...it's ridiculous.

heres my opinion on this. i dont think meanie intended to insult you, hes probably had a bad experience on those boards. and i think what tomboy said was a figure of speech and a little bit of what meanie said. so dont worry about it.
