I think that they should just make a sequel to The Warriors than a remake.
I dont like remakes that much.

too late for a sequel,they blew the chance of having a sequel when marcelino sanchez passed away. however i have good ideas for a sequel.

If htey made a Sequel alot of people wouldn't know what its about.
Thats what the remake is for but like any remake its unsure where it falls into good or bad

A sequel would've only worked a few years after the original. Imagine one set now. Swan and mercy married with kids. Wonder if they escaped coney and made a new life elsewhere.

well if they were to make a sequel they would have to spend alot of time explaning what the original was about as many kids who will purchase tickets to the movie will have not seen the original.

Man, I think the remake is gonna suck, You can never NEVER beat the original movie

i think everyone needs to just stop being mad at it, we havent seen it yet, and we havent seen the script....i agree that most likly it wont do the first one justice.....but hey with any luck it will make people want to see the orginal one....lets keep our fingers crossed that it turns out to be a good flick, i think a big reason its only kinda based on the orginal is beacuse...its a hard level to try to stand up to....so if you just base ideas on it...its easyer...

I wish i could write more informative and interesting posts....more posts in general, but I'm stuck with dial up for another month and its so slow, i could have writen all these in the space of 10mins but its taken me 50!!!! arrrggg !!!

to milk the franchise for all its worth they will make a remake - and then a sequel, that would be real bad

A sequel might be nice if made by the same director. but a remake especially one that changes everything! Makes me want to kill Tony Scott!

I donno I am kinda so/so with the remake, I mean it wont be as good as the original but so far we havent even got a trailer or clips so we dont really know if it will be a flaw or not. Still like I said it wont be as good at the original warriors.

Just joined site, very cool. Glad to see lots of warriors fans around world. A friend of mine did some of the early location scouting on new movie about a year ago. Just chatted with him and heard new movie will be yet another Tony Scott fiasco!! The Warriors is a true classic....send the word!
