Samuel L Jackson as Cyrus, maybe that would work, he has a distinctive voice if they were to re-do a big speech at the start.

I dunno, think I would prefer unknown actors like in the first movie, that would work well as long as they look and talk the parts well.

It will probably end up being a load of current rapper's who wanna be actors. I'm not a fan of singers/rappers becoming actors overnight, I think it cheapen's films and the profession of acting.
