I want to see how they do it, i know its not supposed to be really anything like the 1979 Warriors. But still i hope they dont ruin the Heavy Rep of the Warriors by putting like Nick Cannon as Conchise or something lame. :?

Hey...I'm at work and have to sneak on here a couple times a day!!

This so-called remake will be a travesty and I for one will not pay to go see it. As has been discussed in too many threads already the moviemakers are exploiting our film for money. There is no need to call this a remake as characters, story points, and most disturbing of all location is different. Had Scott said he was using the idea from The Warriors to make a new film about gang life but not say it was a remake...more power to him. But to mislead people and call it a remake is preposterous.

he said it best, the new movie isnt supposed to any any similarities besides the name the warriors itself and a very loosly the plot. i want to see it just so i can bop a few heads outside the theater for anybody who dares say the original isnt better! im a new blood to this amazing movie, and its already becoming a way of life for me!

Well...hello....I feel the same way as cowboy rules, I am looking forward to it, but I don't want it to ruin what people know the original as.

No, I'm not looking forward to see this movie.
I thing I know what Cowboy rules means... Of course this new movie is not gonna give the Warriors a bad name... not for us. What makes me fell really sad, is that the younger generations are gonna refer to The Warriors as " The Original Warriors" or worse " The Old Warriors movie" instead of simply THE WARRIORS...

SHM and Storm, stop with the atack on the guy!
