Jamie you might be able to help me out with this one.

Assuming that an original Warrior has to be taken out to put in the girl Warrior, which Warrior would you take out?

Mine as I said before would be Rembrandt because he acted like a girl throughtout the movie anyway.

I really don't want the girl character to be considerd the weakest of the group so I would keep Rembrant, especially if he has to be in the group that gets seduced by the Lizzies, no way a girl is going to allow that to happen. I'd have to say Cowboy should get replaced, then maybe they could do over the fight scene with the Furies and have her kick some ass! That would really show how the Warriors are the best!

Well I am wondering WHY we have to replace anyone---If they are really going to do this--I am thinking they could just change the number .
I mean they changed it from the book to the first movie--why couldn't they change it again for the second movie??

But I agree, I don't see any real reason to have her be the weak member.
But I also don't know that they would have women coming to the conclave in the first place---integrated or not.

definitly not cowboy, i mean hes got some character and hes actually a preety good fighter. id take off rambradt and make the girl the graffiti artist. i wouldnt like her to be a fighter cause no offence to any ladie warriors out there but it would look a little too humerous and stupid to see her beat the crap out of another gang member

No one knows for certain, however there have been rumors to that effect and we are all just supposing here---using our own imaginations and preferences.

That is why I would like her to be an add on, so we don't have to leave ANYONE out.

SHM and Jamie, you are both absolutely right!! there should be no female fighting gang members!! and it is SO wrong for a woman to hit on a guy and him not be able to retaliate. i tell my 'tough' little girl students, 'don't hit the boys because they have a right to defend themselves and when they go to clobber you back, i'm not going to stop them!'' (although, when children are young this kind of 'hitting play' is actually a show of affection.) NO fighting female warriors!!! 8)

A woman doesn't have to be unlady like to be strong (Mrs. Emma Peel from the Avengers anyone?), if this remake is true to the original then all these gangs live in tough neighborhoods and if a woman is going to be hanging out at night with or without a gang she should be able to defend herself. She doesn't have to be like an army commando, but if threatened she should be able to hold off her attacker.

I also agree SoldierHeavyMuscle.(I giggled through most of your post-good points, I just love how you express yourself!!) Men and women are not the same.
I do believe in equality, women can do alot of jobs that men do--and should get paid equally to do them---but women are NOT going to be as physically strong as men. And IF you can't take an equal punch--you better not be giving them out--it is only fair---and I believe in that too!!!

I grew up wishing I was a boy, until I turned about 13, and learned to dance---then it seemed to make a difference to be different--and I am glad I am who I am!! LOL
I was the first woman to go to work on the ranch that my husband and I now run---and back in the days---the old timers had LOTS of problems with me doing what I was learning to do---didn't get much respect at all until I got dragged around in the mud and crap and didn't quit---and showed up every day to do it again---Now alot of them are some of my best friends and taught me what I needed to know to do it easier---You do what you have to do, but being strong doesn't mean a woman has to be masculine.

So while I don't want her shoving her way into fights, and looking for trouble. IF it arrives--I do think she better be able to take care of herself--cause everyone will be busy at that point, and needing someone to take care of you then--and you are a handicap instead of an asset.
