There's a reason why hockey goalies don't wear those white, skeletal masks anymore. Can anyone guess it? There's a reason why hockey players don't use their sticks in fights, either -- and I assume the APB movie-makers knew none of this.

Oh brother, is this Aussie Warriors rip-off movie set in Melbourne or Sydney?

Yeah, I just saw it. If you watch it hoping for it to be dramatic and suspenseful, you'll hate it. If you watch the movie for what it truly is (a bunch of brutal fights strung together by a weak plot) you'll love it. I love it. I actually thought those guys with the hockey masks were pretty badass.

Watch this film it's the biggest rip of the Warriors i've seen and it's a pretty good film but low budget!

The plot involves every gang being after them for being wrongly accused of raping The toughest gangs Ho! They face skinheads (Turnbulls) and a gang who wear Hockey Masks (Fureis?). Loads of fighting and a big square off at then end! That's all i'm going to say as i don't want to spoil any more!

I rented it from Blockbuster as it compared it with The Warriors on the front cover! They even have them getting on a train and one member going the old Ajax punching the things you hold onto

I've got both the "Aussie Park Boyz" and "Purifiers" on VHS tape, both clearly are somewhat based on the Warriors, with plenty of references. I think this topic was posted a while back as well, anyway, if anyone is interested in a copy, let me know. Peace.

this movie is SO BAD its not worth watching ,watch the warriors again for the millionth time its much better then watching this lol

well I heard that this movie looked like someone just took a cheap camera and shot random stuff.  Atleast the purifiers had decent scenery and a nice futuristic element.

Actually I did watch, I in fact don't judge, I merely express what I see.  I do in fact always appreciate someone who pays homage to a certain movie like the warriors, and creates there own mental vision of it.  After all life is all about expression.
