War Chief [Skip Chaisson has e-mailed to say that this is not the script of the remake and is not even a working script that Tony and himself have worked on. It may just be this was an early attempt at a script by someone else before Skip and Tony made theirs! So it looks like the remake is back to being a mystery]
I will update now and again as it takes ages!

By Jove, even by the negative nonstandards set by remakes, this one is unbelievably horrible. I would have thought it was a case of pathetically bad "fan" fiction posted by a dull-witted twelve-year-old child to rec.writing-screenplays if it had not been verified as real...
"Rolo", "Ashe" and "Nikki"... aggh! (Why do they all have names of porn "stars", mewonders?) Rap music and "smart beatiful young fighter Rebecca". Buy your official MTV "songs inspired by" CD today! And get your own misspelled "tatoo"!
It seems to be more of a remake of "Judge Dredd" and "The Running Man", by the way. "Guns are outlawed, and I'm the JJE". God, it's painful even to quote...
